It's an important decision, but I'm here to help make the process as easy as possible and set your mind at ease!

One way that I've striven to simplify your search is to list all of my pricing up-front. That means no filling out a contact form and answering dozens of questions just to have to wait for an email with a brochure listing package prices, or hopping on a phone call with a vendor and having to wait until the end of the conversation to realize they are well out of your budget. I've also created my packages in a way that you don't have to worry about travel fees for your wedding- yep, you heard me right! You'll find all of my pricing information below, with no hidden fees. The Elopement Package is for couples who believe the best weddings are about the two of you- nothing more, nothing less. This package is designed for intimate celebrations- whether that's a quiet "just the two of us" moment, or a small gathering with your closest people. Coverage begins at one hour- perfect for capturing a ceremony, those just married feelings, and some portraits. If you'd like to include any getting ready moments, have multiple locations or want a relaxed adventure-style session, additional hours can be added on! This package is flexible by design, so your coverage fits your elopement- not the other way around.

TRAVEL FOR ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS/ELOPEMENTS
The first 30 miles of your elopement, engagement, bridal, or other selected session are free!

Additional round trip miles will be billed at the federal mileage rate of $0.70/mile from Michaela Cox Photography's official address in Forest, VA.
​
For sessions that require 150+ miles of travel, a lodging fee will be charged for one night.
​
For session locations that require 400+ miles of travel, airfare, lodging and auto transportation will be billed accordingly (unless otherwise arranged).
​
If you would like to forfeit your complimentary engagement session, up to 2 hours of rehearsal/welcome dinner coverage can be substituted with the relevant travel fees.

Couple's session are a relaxed, story-driven experience designed to capture your unique story and moment in life. This session allows time to slow down, settle in, and be fully present with each other under the hand of my guidance. Whether you're celebrating an engagement, anniversary or simply wanting photos to reflect this time of life together, this session is about documenting all the love and joy that you share!
